Processing Time

The time taken to process an order varies, however, it is usually between 2-4 days.

Shipping

All shipping within the UK is with Royal Mail, is free and is posted 2nd class. I do not ship/post items outside of the UK.

Returns and Exchange Policy

If it is accepted then you will be sent a returns label and instructions on where to send it. Please contact me before returning as without doing this they will not be accepted. After the item has been received and inspected, I will notify you if the refund was approved and it will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. This process can take your bank a few days to process.

The quickest way to exchange is by starting a return and ask for an exchange. The exchanged item will be posted when the returned item has been sent back.
